Custom Order Process

These custom orders range from custom badges to hand made or machine-embroidered patches to new styles.

1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUIREMENTS

If the item you wish to replicate already exists, submit a sample. This ensures we can best match the colour and finish desired.

If the item you wish to have manufactured does not exist, submit detailed drawings or sketches.

2. PRICE QUOTATION

Once the design is finalized, we will send an official quotation by e-mail. Note that for many items, minimum quantities apply.

3. MANUFACTURING TIME

Manufacturing times depend on the quantity and type of custom item ordered. They can range from 3-8 weeks from the time the order was confirmed. As manufacturing delays can occur, it is important to advise of any event or required by dates at the time your order is placed.

4. QUALITY CONTROL

All custom items undergo a rigorous quality control inspection before being shipped.
